Who we are

PaneDrop and the PaneDrop website (panedrop.app) are provided by Nicher, Republic of Korea.

The Public Beta

The PaneDrop Public Beta is free.

Each beta build stops working on the expiry date shown on its download page, 90 days after the build date.

Using PaneDrop

You use PaneDrop on your own Mac and at your own risk. Do not use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

PaneDrop and this website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nicher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PaneDrop, which is zero during the free beta.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be resolved by the Seoul Central District Court.

Changes

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with a new effective date.
